Gwen works closely with her clients to assess and define the scope of an investigation. Gwen represents employers in employment litigation. Her practice includes defending employers against discrimination charges before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD). Gwen also has extensive experience defending employers against discrimination and wrongful termination claims in both federal and state courts.
